ProfileXT Assessment
The ProfileXT assessment is a web-based multipurpose “total person”
assessment used for selection, development, training, promotion,
managing, and succession planning. Researched and developed to be
job related, this is the tool that provides insights for human
capital resolutions. The ProfileXT measures the cognitive abilities
of the individual, the behavioral traits that lead to job success
and job interest.
When used as a selection assessment, ProfileXT will help you
determine:
• Whether the applicant can do the job
• How the applicant will get the job done
• How interested the applicant will be in the job
Once the applicant is on the job, the PXT will assist you to provide

Service Perspective

The Profiles Customer Service Perspective is a web-based assessment
that provides a measurable comparison of an employee’s understanding
and concept of customer service compared to your company’s unique
customer service perspectives and priorities. It is used for
selection, placement, and performance coaching. The Customer Service
Perspective measures:
Behavioral Characteristics - eight behavioral characteristic that
are important factors for success in providing service to customers.
Proficiencies - a view of basic proficiencies in mathematics and
vocabulary.
Job Match Percent - the degree of match to the Job Match Pattern in
both of the two Proficiencies and the eight Behavioral
Characteristics.
Company Service Perspective - the degree of alignment between the
individual’s perspective on providing service to the customer and
the service standards expressed by the company.
Considerations for Interviewing - unique behavior based questions
are provided to assist the interviewer in those areas where the
